Some items to help you get started
Starting a new character is a lot easier with a bit of help, so your first character on each game account will receive a set of Newbie support pack. It's six sealed boxes that will be in your inventory when you start.
How it works
Each box opens at a certain level, from level 5 up to level 30. When you reach that level, just double-click the box in your inventory to open it.
The boxes are designed to help you started with your journey with thoughtful set of useful items.
